The integration is now set up. You can go ahead and close a
test ticket in BlueFolder and see the invoice created in Xero within about 30
seconds.
In AccountsInSync, the BlueFolder & Xero settings screen provides the ability to customise how invoices are created in Xero.
1. Log in to AccountsInSync and click Settings
2. Click the BlueFolder & Xero menu
Browse the articles in Sync Settings for
details of how to customise the content of invoices created in Xero.
After the Sync Settings have been configured, when tickets are
closed in BlueFolder invoices will be created in Xero. Depending on the number
of items on a ticket and other factors such as Monthly Consolidation, there may
be a delay of a few minutes before the invoice appears in Xero.
