Throughout the documentation the word Ticket is used but is interchangeable with Work Order, Service Request etc.
General Settings
2. Click the General menu on the left
3. Fill in the fields with your details. The Access Token is used when connecting BlueFolder to AccountsInSync and can be left as it is.
Uploading a logo is optional and the details from these field will not be visible publicly unless you choose to Approve & Send invoices automatically by email when tickets are closed.
Note: the Approve & Send functionality will send emails from
invoices@accountsinsync.com and the reply address is the Accounts Email address set above.
Connect Xero
1. Click the Applications menu on the left and then click the Xero tab
2. Click Connect and follow the prompts to authorise the connection to Xero
